Hello. My name is Saya. Otonashi Saya. I am 16 years old and I live in Okinawa with Otou-san Kai and Riku. I have no memories of my past...in the begining that is...
I have a dark past behind... I am not human. I am a Chiropteran, an evil race that lives by drinking human blood. Yes, I drink human blood too, but I have my sanity.
My blood is the only thing that can kill those monsters. Also since I am one of them I can't be killed by any mean unless my blood leaves my veins completely.
I am more than 173 years old however I don't age. Also I can be around for three years. After that I must sleep in a cocoon for 30 years... Don't try to wake me up...
I also carry great guilt inside me. I have a twin sister I was unaware of. The one I gave the name Diva. She sings beautifully, but she killed everyone I cared about! I can't forgive her!
I have a Chevallier named Hagi. I...ehm...like him really much. But nothing will ever happen between us...

"I'm so sorry Saya, Happy Late Birthday!" yelled Min. "I had to go back to Vietnam for while but here !" Holding a big pink bag in her hand.
Saya... " Haji looked down at her before kneeling on one knee. He held out a red rose with a necklace wrapped around it. " Happy, Birthday." He said slowly, his voice softer than his usual emotionless sound that came from his mouth whenever he spoke. The chevalier always gifted his queen, even when she was asleep.

A slight smile appeared on his lips. He always wanted to satisfy her wether it be by saving her life, playing songs, or even giving her gifts every now and then. Although he didnt really understand the currency in these times he would tell the Red Shield what he wanted for her, and they would get it for him. "You're welcome, Saya." He said quietly before standing once more the chevlier was a good 6 feet tall and so, compared to his queen he was a giant compared to her, and was often teased about it by Saya when they lived at the Zoo before Her sister killed everyone.
